All personal/company details that are recorded by us through our website will not be used for other purposes (including marketing material) without first asking your consent. Personal details will be held within the company and for delivery purposes only.You may ask that your details are not passed out and/or removed from our system by contacting us by any of the methods on our contact page. If for any reason you feel you need to contact someone personally, then please email jdonovan@bizcom.ie for discrete communication.


We are not obliged to supply the goods or services to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. It is on our acceptance that a contract comes into effect between us.Ownership for the goods transfers when we have been paid in full and delivery has taken place.

Purchasing from us:

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability,however this will not effect the price of a good(s) once an order has been placed by a customer. We agree to ship the goods to you at the price agreed at time of purchase. Errors and omissions excepted, subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT will be charged on all prices (including carriage) at a rate of 21%.

Damaged goods:

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defected or damaged product you must report this to us within 7 working days and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at our option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.
